This website

This site describes the services of Zeno Acquisition. Nothing on it is a promise of a specific number of leads, sales or bookings. Advertising results depend on the market, the offer, the budget and how quickly leads are followed up.

Services and pricing

Scope, fees, payment terms and notice periods are agreed in writing before any work starts. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms (for example Meta or Google) and is separate from our fee.

Platform rules and permits

Clients are responsible for holding the licences and permits their business needs, including real estate advertising permits where required. We follow the advertising policies of each platform and do not run ads that break them.

Ownership

Ad accounts, pages, lead data and tracking set up for a client belong to the client. Our own templates, methods and this website remain ours.

Results shown on this site

The results section shows real Meta Ads Manager screenshots from real estate lead campaigns we ran in Canada, with client names, account IDs and ad images hidden. Figures are as shown for the campaign listed and are examples of past work, not a promise of results for any other business.

These screenshots and other site content may not be copied, re-published or used to train models without our written permission.

Images and trademarks

Some images on this site are AI-generated illustrations; people in them are not clients or staff. Remaining stock photographs are used under the Unsplash licence. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown only to name the platforms we work on.
